What We Do Offer a motivating and challenging outdoor workout for the whole body that includes a variety of cardio conditioning drills, strength training, agility and balance activities.
Our Mission To inspire and motivate individuals with fitness experiences which promote strength, endurance, flexibility and an overall sense of well-being.
Fresh Air Body Fitness will help individuals believe that they have the power to achieve their goals by encouraging community and adherence to an exercise program. Ultimately, we want our participants to work hard, sweat and have fun!
