Welcome to Simply Fit Seattle Who? Whether you are beginning an exercise regime, looking for cross-training opportunities or trying to achieve a fitness goal, we have the program for you! We offer exercise modifications and encourage participants to work at a pace that is appropriate for their individual fitness level. Our participants come from all walks of life: parents, athletes in training, professionals and more. What? We offer fun and challenging outdoor workouts appropriate for all fitness levels, including a variety of cardio conditioning drills, strength training, agility and balance activities. Classes differ from day to day and incorporate safe and effective research-based activities. Participants benefit from the motivation of a group setting and the natural challenge of outdoor elements: sand, wind, hills ~ the sky is the limit! Why? Our Mission is to make fitness accessible, affordable and fun to everyone. Ultimately, we want our participants to find a way to fit exercise into their busy lives and develop a life-long love of fitness. |
